Getting here
Public transport
The surgery is on the East Road, opposite The Floating Log. The nearest bus stop is a two minute walk.
Parking
We have 12 patient parking spaces at the front of the building. Two of these are blue badge spaces beside the main door.
Access into the building
The building is on one level. There are no steps at the entrance. We have an accessible toilet and a hearing loop at reception.

Phone lines open at 8am. The busiest time to call is between 8am and 9:30am.
Evening and weekend appointments
Extended accessYou can book appointments outside our normal hours. These are for routine care that can be planned, not for urgent problems.

How to book: Book these in advance by calling us or asking through the NHS App. You cannot turn up without an appointment.

All three are available throughout our core hours. We are closed on bank holidays.

When we are closed, call NHS 111 free from any phone. They will tell you what to do and can arrange to see you if you need it.
