Every patient has a named GP responsible for their care.
Every patient registered here has a named, accountable GP.
What this means
Your named GP is responsible for making sure you get the care you need. They oversee your care but they do not have to be the person you see.
Who your named GP is
Ask at reception or check the NHS App. We are happy to tell you.
Can I see a different doctor?
Yes. You can ask to see any doctor at the practice. We will try to book you with them, though you may wait longer.
Can I change my named GP?
Yes. Tell reception and we will change it where we can.
This does not change your care
Having a named GP does not affect how you book appointments or who you see day to day.
